Who should join MLM?If there’s one downfall to MLM, it would be that it’s just a little too easy to join.

I mean where else can you start a business from anywhere from $35 bucks, to a few thousand (if you’re “really” serious.) It’s one of those things that since it’s so easy to join, so many people join it just to “try” it.

It’s almost as if they’re trying a new dish, or a new movie. “Eh, I’ll give it a shot.”

The fact is that MLM isn’t for everyone, and most of the people out there trying to “recruit” people simply are not honest about that. They try to paint it as something that absolutely anybody should do and that absolutely anybody can be successful at it.

The truth is that not everyone should join MLM. Sorry, but that’s just the way I see it.

You see, MLM is a business, and in order to run a business and be successful at it, you have to do a few certain things and do them right…or at least be very willing to take the time to learn to do those things.

Not everyone is willing to do that. In fact in my experience most people aren’t willing, or up for the challenge to do that.

First of all it takes work and dedication. Please, if you’re looking to join MLM because you think it’s going to be easy, and you’re going to get rich quick…please don’t join.

You’re not going to get rich quick, and you’re not going to be able to put in 2 hours of work a week, hiding behind your computer, placing a few ads, and having boat loads of people join your organization. That will not make you rich in any endeavor in life to be honest.

It won’t happen. And if you do figure out a way for that to happen, then A) let me know and B) your business is not going to thrive, or even survive because there is much, much more than just the recruiting part of network marketing.

Second you’re going to have to talk to people. Yes, you will almost definitely have to talk with people face to face about your business, and if you do happen to be able to avoid that, you WILL definitely have to talk with people on the phone.

Oh and third…they can say it until they’re blue in the face, but you are going to have to SELL. Sell yourself, sell your opportunity, sell your products.

Now that doesn’t mean that you have to be a sales professional to do well. We can teach you how to sell, but you have to be willing to use that training, and to put it to use. You can’t be too scared to sell, and you can’t be too stubborn to refuse to learn to sell the way that we know is proven effective.

Fourth…YOU CAN’T TRY!! You will have to COMMIT to this business. It’s not only that we (or any other professional network marketer worth their salt) just won’t work with you if you don’t commit. It’s also that YOU will not succeed if you don’t commit.

MLM is not something that you can do half way. It’s something that you have to commit whole heartedly to. If not you simply won’t succeed. It’s a business of self-improvement, self-discipline, and self-motivation.

Luckily there’s a team involved to help you if you choose your upline correctly, but for the most part, it’s like a wrestling match. You’re out there on your own, and the amount of time that you put in practicing will affect the amount of success you have.

If you’re looking to join MLM, don’t do it unless you’re up for the challenges above. If you’re not that’s ok, but please don’t waste your time, or our time. Professional MLM’ers like us and the many others out there don’t mind mentoring you and training you, but we want those who are willing to work and learn to join MLM.
