Network Marketing SuccessI’m a huge believer in the power of belief when it comes to network marketing success.

Belief is one of the most prevalent characteristics of success.

Success rides on the fact that you believe in not only yourself and your abilities, but also in the decisions that you make.

There is another aspect to network marketing success that goes hand-in-hand with belief which is faith. I believe that you must have both of these two characteristics and that when you do; you’re an amazing force to be reckoned with.

“When I have fully decided that a result is worth getting I go ahead of it and make trial after trial until it comes.” – Thomas A. Edison

If there’s anyone we can learn from when it comes to the value of belief and faith that what we’re doing is right, it’s certainly Thomas A. Edison.

Edison was perhaps taught about belief and faith by his mother, who had a relentless belief in her son and his abilities. Being what they would probably call these days as stricken with A.D.D., Edison wasn’t seen as a great student. In fact according to accounts, his teacher when he was young referred to him as “addled” which in those days described a rotten egg, or an egg that didn’t hatch.

But his mother didn’t see things the same way as most mother’s don’t. She had belief and faith in her son. She actually home-schooled Edison herself. He went on to recall later in life “My mother was the making of me. She was so true, so sure of me; and I felt I had something to live for, someone I must not disappoint.”

The real tragedy is that so many of us, whether we’re seeking network marketing success, or some other type of success lose that belief. Or perhaps we were dissuaded from having that sort of belief system from parents who didn’t understand.

But it’s never too late. It’s never too late to start having this type of belief in yourself even when nobody else does. It takes a few things in conjunction…

First… it takes learning to rely on instinct. We all have a natural instinct that we need to start listening to much more closely. If you’re thinking of joining a business opportunity, what feeling do you get from that opportunity? Is it a good feeling right off the bat? Or do you have a gut feeling that something is not right?

We need to start listening to these gut instincts for carefully.

Second…you need to use common sense to evaluate these decisions. Common sense means in essence to start listing objectively to your instincts and decide within YOUR own mind whether that instinct is correct.

Third…Believe in Yourself and your abilities to follow the instincts that you’ve felt. Nobody else has a better grip on what YOU should be doing than YOU. If reaching network marketing success is what you’ve been driven to do by instinct, then that’s probably a great path for you.

If one certain company or sponsor has made an impression on you, then nobody knows that, or why that’s the case, better than you do.

Fourth…Have Faith in Your Decision. You’ve made the decision now to achieve network marketing success, and to work with a certain company and sponsor, now it’s time to have the faith in that decision and ride it out until the end.

Lastly…Take Action on That Belief and Faith Believing in yourself, and having faith that you’ve made the right decisions is great, but unless you act on that then it’s not going to mean anything toward getting you to your network marketing success goals.

This all becomes a cycle, and you may have to keep checking in on all these steps through the process and the journey.

“It is astonishing what an effort it seems to be for many people to put their brains definitely and systematically to work.” – Thomas A. Edison

We can learn a ton from people like Thomas Edison about belief, faith, and achieving network marketing success.
