I’ve always been one who was looking for the best habits to develop, that will get me to my goals as quickly as possible. The reason is that I’ve always been an entrepreneur and knew that replacing my negative habits with good ones would be the thing that really drove me to where I wanted to be in life.

Well it’s simple. You have to take it in baby steps. You have to work on one habit at a time and go little by little, developing each good habit over time. You have to get each habit engrained into your subconscious so that they come completely automatically, and you don’t even have to think about doing them.

It’s not a cram session. It’s a step-by-step thing. It’s like the old question “How do you eat an elephant?”.

That’s right, one bite at a time.

That’s also the trick to developing these habits. But most people will decide one day that they want to change their entire life, and pick a large number of their negative habits to try to turn them into positive ones.

What happens is that a week later they’ve already burned themselves out. This is just a way to set your self up for failure.

Instead, set yourself up for success and develop the good habits one baby step at a time.
