<p>Having the constant stream of prospects sometimes means that we have to go with the ebb and flow of business and change up our marketing a little to target certain people who may be looking more than others.</p>
<p>At this time right now, there’s a target market that’s ripe for the picking, simply because of the current economic climate that’s going on just about everywhere in the world.</p>

<p>News of recession, high unemployment, and economic turmoil isn’t news that we want to hear ever. But for the savvy and attentive marketer, times like these creates an opportunity for recruiting the type of people that we want in our downline.</p>
<p>The type of person I’m talking about of course is entrepreneurs. You know, those people who would rather do just about anything rather than working for and making someone else money. The type of person who would rather create their own success, rather than create success for someone else!</p>
<p>Well this very prospect is actually closer to you than you might think. In fact you may have talked to one or two of them today.</p>
<p>I’m talking about the local business owner. The entrepreneur who understands risk and reward enough to have already started a business of their own…and you may have even helped build that business with your purchases or utilization of their services.</p>
<p>You see right now local business owners are struggling all over. People are keeping their credit cards and cash in their wallets and not spending their money as freely and that takes its toll on those businesses in your neighborhood.</p>
<p>The restaurant owners are walking past more empty tables to serve few customers. The retail stores are seeing items sit on the shelves much longer. The service business like the dry cleaners, house cleaners, landscaper’s, mechanics, etc are noticing that people are more apt to do things themselves or put it off a little longer than they used to.</p>
<p>This means that an opportunity actually is there for you NOT to take advantage of these people. That’s not what this business is about. The opportunity is there for you to HELP these people. An opportunity for you to show these people how they can fill some of the holes in their bank account that they’re seeing!</p>
<p>This means of course that now is great time for you to share your business opportunity with the local business owners in your neighborhood.</p>
<p>And listen, I know it’s nerve racking. I know that these people are a little bit intimidating for you because they’re business owners and you feel as though they’re not going to look at your opportunity as something that’s legitimate or worthy.</p>
<p>But the truth is that these are the people more than anyone else that you’re likely to talk to who will understand, accept, and actually see the beauty of your business model more than anyone. That’s because they’re entrepreneurs, and they understand the risk and reward principals of business.</p>

<p>Do you avoid talking to professionals about your Network Marketing business?</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It always amazes me that new distributors will do everything they can to avoid talking to professionals about their network marketing business because they feel as though the industry will be beneath these people.<span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">If you’re getting caught up in that trap then stop now</span>, because you’re missing out on a <strong>huge opportunity to recruit some of the greatest people that will ever fill your downline organization</strong>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">First of all… if you’re embarrassed to be in network marketing then you should quit now.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Seriously – because the main activity in this business…is talking to people about this business.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Let me tell you why professionals are the ideal candidates …</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>A)</strong> <strong>Well</strong>…<strong>They’re professionals</strong>. They usually have a discipline and knowledge of business principals that will actually make them appreciate the <a title="Network Marketing Business by Ann and David Feinstein, build your dinamic future" href="http://www.buildingdynamicfutures.com/" target="_blank">network marketing business</a> model even more so.<span> </span>Especially if they’re working 60 to 70 hours in their businesses like most professionals do – such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, CEO’s etc.<span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">These are people who have been working their entire lives for someone else, and though they may have made some good money…they’re looking for some time to enjoy that freedom – while maintaining the opportunity to keep on earning a significant income that they’re used to.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>B) They have money to invest into the business, as well as a budget to apply to marketing their business</strong>.<span> </span>Most understand as well that their business depends on marketing, and so they don’t balk at the price of placing ads, or paying for website traffic etc.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">They’re also very used to budgeting a portion of money for advertising</span>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>C) They have a built in credibility factor.</strong> People look up to professionals and have more respect for them…that’s just how it is. They also consider these people more influential…and therefore by focusing on recruiting professionals, your downline will grow even that much faster.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>D) They have relationships with other professionals…</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">need I say more</span><strong>? </strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you’re stressing about talking to professionals then you’re very likely leaving a whole lifetime of riches on the table. A great many of the people in my downline are professionals in one way or another, some more successful than others.<span> </span>The fact is, most of them were seeking me out. Not even so much because of me (although it was a huge factor since I strategically marketed my business that way, but because of the opportunity I had to offer them…the opportunity for more time and freedom to spend with their families.<span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This is just the beginning on a series I’ll be doing on the topic of recruiting professionals.<span> </span>In the next article in the series, I’ll go on to profile some types of professionals to recruit, why I like them, how to find them, and how to market to them in ways most of your competition is avoiding…so be ready!</p>
